MortgageStream’s new Text Messaging promotion has kicked off and has already attracted a number of new users. By using the TextStream facility, Advisers and Administration staff can manually or automatically update clients on the progress of their applications in real time. Keeping the communication regular, short and to the point sure makes for happy clients and fulfils many of the TCF requirements to update clients in a timely manner. Furthermore, if the Adviser contacts the client to update them, the client is less likely to keep calling the office for updates, often requiring messaging taking and call backs.
