A customised version of the MortgageStream case management system has been launched by Covernet UK.

Currently as a broker support services provider, Covernet offers a range of products and services which allow mortgage and protection brokers to develop their businesses.

To build on this existing platform, Covernet is launching a customised version of MortgageStream case management system, which has full integration to all four of the main sourcing systems, as another way for brokers to increase income opportunities and build more cost efficient processes.

As part of the launch, Covernet has negotiated a discount for members in the first year of the MortgageStream system, which will help brokers manage the new business pipeline, relationships and sales communications with customers.

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream says Covernet has developed a strong proposition by offering a choice of over 30 products and services from one website.

He adds: “The site is easy to navigate, and more importantly offers a host of new income opportunities. Often, directly authorised brokers feel as if they are on the sideline of promotions and incentives unless they commit to one network or the other. Effective client management enables brokers to increase their core revenue whilst developing new revenue streams.”

Meanwhile, Ian Kelly, managing director of Covernet UK says there is a huge amount of pressure on brokers as they develop their businesses within a fairly vigorous statutory compliance environment.

He points out: “The ability to manage client activity is not just a fancy way of increasing sales conversions but a crucial element in providing compliance evidence and fundamentally growing a business.”
