Mercantile Equity has unveiled a customised version of the MortgageStream client management system which will contain new data pre-population for mortgage appointments.
The new Mercantile Mortgage Manager (MMM) system is for the intermediary customers of Mercantile Equity and contains a blend of the renowned MortgageStream functionality and a host of customised features.
Their service provides client initiated appointments booked at a time to suit the broker and accompanied by a detailed fact-find obtained from the client consisting of personal, property and current mortgage and loan details.
Kim Harris, managing director at Mercantile Equity, said: “We approached MortgageStream as we believe them to be the leading client management system providing users with the facilities to facilitate case processing, manage their new business pipeline, client relationships and management information. The success of the new system will lie in a combination of increased processing efficiency and productivity in an easy to use, intuitive system. We’re delighted to be able to offer brokers this new software which will significantly reduce the burden of re-entering data for mortgage brokers.”
Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream added: “It’s been a pleasure to work with the team at Mercantile Equity to develop this functionality. Brokers are incredibly busy professionals and anything that removes the hassle and inconvenience of re-keying client details is always warmly welcomed. One of the clever pieces of functionality is that when a new client is imported the system automatically sets a diary appointment in MMM and sets reminders for the Broker that pops up on their PC. Advisers and administrators will find that it will take the hassle out of tracking the application process and enable increased productivity.”
