Trigold and MortgageStream are to join forces and offer brokers a free TCF clinic at the Mortgage Business Expo on the 12th and 13th November.
Hosted on the Trigold stand D10, advisors can learn about how technology can address the many requirements of TCF. With the December deadline fast approaching there is pressure on brokers to put systems in place that will protect themselves and their businesses.
David Aylmer, marketing and business development director at Trigold commented:
“We recently launched our new Case Manager system which is based on the MortgageStream software. We customised the system to focus on the post-sale element of the client relationship and, uniquely to push client data from the Prospector sourcing system directly into the case manager software.
“Our goal now is to help brokers understand in practical terms how technology can take away the hassle and risk of TCF. Brokers are doing a terrific job of providing intelligent and appropriate advice but they sometimes fail to ensure that this is appropriately documented. A visit to our TCF clinic at EXPO will hopefully show them how simple the solution can be.”
Trigold will be explaining to brokers visiting their stand how the production of compulsory documents should not be a burden on their businesses. Using a simple technological solution means that RMAR reports for example can be produced automatically in minutes rather than hours or even days using a manual system.
