Mortgage
2000 has announced the launch of an all new
integrated case management and mortgage sourcing
system known as Encore Plus.
The new
software provides intermediaries and their staff
with a single product incorporating import of
leads, lead management, mortgage sourcing,
electronic submission to the lender or packager,
case management and tracking, fee tracking and
reconciliation, compliance, RMAR reporting and
client contact management. The new software has
been developed as a joint venture between
Mortgage 2000 and MortgageStream, the provider
of case management software for mortgage
intermediaries.
The software is aimed
both at existing Mortgage 2000 subscribers and
to mortgage networks.
Roger Hones, head
of development at Mortgage 2000, said: “When

functionality and have already developed a
bespoke system for our Directly Authorised
members who use us for compliance support (m2i).

Plus as our flagship Intermediary software
system.”
