& Mortgage Solutions (FMS) has become the
latest packager to sign up for the PackageStream
Case Processing System from MortgageStream.
PackageStream is now being used by FMS’
new business, underwriting and accounts teams
and managers, for case processing, workflow
progression, broker communications and
management info reporting.
Brokers who
introduce cases to FMS are being offered a copy
of MortgageStream for their own case management
and to facilitate the transfer of cases to FMS
via an e-mail “briefcase” to send cases from
their own MortgageStream system directly to the
FMS in less than 30 seconds. In this way new
cases arrive at the FMS’ e-mail inbox and are
imported into PackageStream with one mouse
click.

Paul Holden said: “It speaks volumes that the
uptake for the new product has been so
immediate. Packagers are highly aware of just
how much time can be saved if systems can remove
the need for details to the re-keyed into
various systems. In addition to the lender and
product data, the briefcase imports all
supporting documentation, mortgage applications,
KFI, IDD, Proof of ID & residence, file
notes, client, solicitor, estate agent
details.”
