MortgageStream Online’s web-based interface features unique log in and password for each different introducer firm allowing access to their own cases. Introducers can view the status of ongoing cases, read file notes, check commission amounts due and paid on a per case or grand total basis. Firms can also correspond directly from the website with the brokerage staff member dealing with each case.
