Free TCF demo a hit with brokers

MortgageStream’s free treating customers fairly (TCF) module has had 500 brokers viewing the demo and registering for the free trial in the first two days of the launch.

With the TCF deadline just weeks away, MortgageStream is giving brokers the opportunity to load a 30-day free trial of their TCF module, enabling them to have the system in place prior to the FSA deadline of 31 March.

The free TCF module comes with free TCF software, TCF steps & checks, and is suitable for single users, as well as firms both large and small and offers complete back-office solution.

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, said TFC did not have to be a complicated issue if brokers had access to the tools they need to be ready for the TCF deadline. He added: “It is our hope that the demonstration on the CD and free trial of the software will allow brokers a deeper understanding of how technology can provide simple and practical support for TCF.”
