TCF
Case Management provider MortgageStream has
brought out version 6 of its offline case
management and TCF software.
Paul
Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, said:
“We have added a number of enhancements to the
system that allow quick and easy in-depth RMAR
and Management information reporting. These new
features are really vital in these times when
mortgage brokers and their firms are so firmly
in the spotlight. The “lending into retirement”
and “no repayment vehicle” reporting allows
firms to highlight cases past and present that
may give cause for concern in the forthcoming
FSA visits. The new “Business Register” tabs
allow business owners and compliance managers to
get a comprehensive snapshot of where their firm
is at in any given time frame. We have added a
remote access facility for Brokers working away
from their offices as well as multi site upload
for small, medium and larger organisations with
full network TCF, compliance, lead and sales
reporting facilities.
“The question that
brokers using paper files without a back office
system must ask themselves is if they do have a
TCF MI reporting shortfall, when do they want to
find out? Now or when the eager FSA Inspector is
standing in your office in January!?” said
Holden.
