Mortgagestream to launch new software

Mortgagestream will launch the third version of its software management program at this year's Mortgage Business Expo in London on 16-17 November.

The current version of Mortgagestream was launched at last year's expo.

Paul Holden, sales director at MortgageStream, said it had been developed to deliver new features and benefits for brokers including a more developed integration with sourcing systems.

Holden said: “It brings a host of new features including a customisable fact find, the ability to process and manage commercial, secured and unsecured loans, automated diary reminders for critical dates in the sales process as well as phone stream for call recording, audio stream for interview recording and text stream for sending and receiving text messages.

“It also remains true to our core vision of single data entry. This is achieved without ever having to re-enter the client, lender or product details. We constantly develop the software in response to customer feedback and, version three includes a fully configurable fact find, repayment and affordability calculators and commercial loans processing to support this growth area.”
