Why have a fair usage policy?
The Fair Usage Policy is designed to make sure MortgageStream can offer a useful level and quality of free support to all its customers.

What does our fair usage policy cover?
Some of our MortgageStream customers will use up more support resource than others. Wherever possible, our Support Team aims to provide a level of service beyond the support of MortgageStream software itself, and may help out with Windows® networking and other IT-related issues that would ordinarily be covered by your IT Engineer, in order to ensure your continued ability to use the MortgageStream software.

However, at times of limited Support resource, including busy times, our Support Team may have to refer issues not directly related to the MortgageStream software to your own IT staff. Please respect our Support Team’s decision in these cases.

Also, we would appreciate if you can ensure that your own IT staff would co-operate at all times with requests made by our Support Team, who are experienced in the requirements of your IT infrastructure needed for the correct functioning of MortgageStream.

Am I likely to be affected by the Fair Use Policy?
If you don't use up too much of our Support Team’s time, it's unlikely you'll ever be affected by this policy. We therefore ask that you take advantage of our support facility considerately.

With your support and goodwill we'll work with you to ensure we can provide this free service.

Any use of the MortgageStream Support Service above the limitations stated above will contravene this Fair Use Policy and constitute an abuse of such Service which may result in our having to limit further Support.
