PhoneStream™ Universal Recorder

The PhoneStream™ Universal Recorder, records telephone conversations to the Client folder in MortgageStream™ via the PCs sound card and hard disk of a PC or to a (Networked Server).

It can connect either to the telephone handset cord (see option 1) or to the line cord (see option 2)

The Universal Recorder is very easy to set up and use. Any competent person with a telephone and PC on a desk can use it straight away. All you need is a sound card is your PC (Where there is no sound card fitted to your PC, external USB sound cards are available).
