MortgageStream™ - Training Fair Usage Policy

Why have a fair usage policy?
The Fair Usage Policy is designed to make sure MortgageStream can offer a useful level and quality of free training to all its customers.

What does our fair usage policy cover?
Some of our MortgageStream customers will use up more training resource than others. We therefore limit free training to the downloadable Training Videos and a small number of one-to-one training web-based sessions with the nominated training contact at your company.

We are unable to train each individual, and unable to guarantee extra training for new joiners to your company – this should be the responsibility of the nominated training contact in your company to pass on the information learned from our trainers.

Am I likely to be affected by the Fair Use Policy?
If you don't use up too much of our Trainer’s time, it's unlikely you'll ever be affected by this policy. We therefore ask that you take advantage of our free training considerately.

What about repeat training?
Provided we can arrange a mutually agreed training time, this should not present a problem. We recognise the fact that you may need further short training sessions on specific topics related to use of the system.
With your support and goodwill we'll work with you to ensure we can provide this free service.

Any use of the MortgageStream Training Service above the limitations stated above will contravene this Fair Use Policy and constitute an abuse of such Service which may result in our having to limit further training.
